We hope that you will love your order from Gray Rose | Modern Baby, but we know there may be special circumstances where you might need to return or exchange something. We are happy to return or exchange most items in the form of merchandise credit to use towards a future purchase. However, there are some guidelines and restrictions.

To start a return or exchange, please email us at grayrosebaby@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your full name, order number, the item(s), and the reason for return/exchange. We will let you know whether or not it is accepted within 48 hours. Notes- We cannot guarantee that the exact item/size for exchange will be available.

Seasonal and Made to Order Items are not eligible for a return/exchange.

To be eligible, all items must be in the original condition and packaging as it was received.

Item(s) must be in new condition-unworn, unwashed, and unused with no marks, stains, pet hair, etc.

We cannot accept a return or exchange if these guidelines are not met.

If we accept the return or exchange, we will send details on how to send the item(s) back to us via USPS. You would simply package the item, take it to your local post office, and pay for the shipping costs. Once we receive the item(s), we will process it within 3-4 business days. There will be given a merchandise credit for the refund amount. If you wish to exchange the same exact item(s) for a different size, simply reorder that item. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
